Independent Spanish firm Mullerat this week confirmed it is to dissolve at the end of the month following a series of departures that have seen what was a 60-lawyer firm three months ago brought to its knees.

Following a raft of departures from the firm, it emerged on Monday (22 May) that high-profile managing partner Ramon Mull-erat is to join KPMG’s legal office in Barcelona and the firm is to be wound down.
