East Midlands firm Freeth Cart-wright has launched an office in Manchester and sealed an alliance with a firm in Birmingham as the top 75 regional firm looks to prepare itself for the post-Clementi legal marketplace.
The Nottingham-based firm this week opened its first office in Manchester by relocating construction partner John May to head the new branch.
