Allen & Overy (A&O) has beefed up its banking and finance practice in New York with the hire of O’Melveny & Myers finance partner Elizabeth Leckie. Leckie becomes the 30th partner in the magic circle firm’s New York office, which has around 115 lawyers.
She joins the firm’s 40-lawyer US banking practice and will focus on acquisition finance transactions.
