Mullerat to dissolve following raft of departures

Independent Spanish firm Mullerat has confirmed it is to dissolve on 31 May following a series of departures that have seen what was a 60-lawyer firm just three months ago brought to its knees.

The latest in raft of departures from the firm saw this week’s announcement that its high-profile managing partner Ramon Mullerat is to join KPMG’s legal office in Barcelona.
