Taylor Wessing has appointed its first corporate partner in Brussels with the hire of Ashurst senior associate Jeroen Smets.
Taylor Wessing’s Brussels arm was launched last October with Marc Picat (commercial and competition), Jean Van Steenwinckel (tax) and Christine Flion (real estate); Smets’ appointment brings corporate capability to the team for the first time.
