German finance team quits Lovells to launch boutique

Lovells’ Berlin arm has been hit by the resignation of a five-lawyer banking team.

The team, led by partners Thomas Lindemann and Andreas Schwennicke, are set to form a new finance boutique. The group, which includes associates Andreas Conen, Ludwig Moltke and Daniel Radig, has yet to negotiate exit terms.
