Hilton Hotels Corporation (HHC) – the newly-merged Anglo-American hotel group – has appointed one of its US lawyers as its new UK head of legal.
Hue Smith, who has been based at the leisure company’s headquarters in Beverley Hills, moved to the UK last month and now heads its six-strong UK-based legal team. The appointment makes him the company’s second most senior lawyer and its European legal head.
