Budget airline easyJet has hired the former assistant general counsel at Cable & Wireless, Giles Pemberton, as its new general counsel and company secretary.
Pemberton started at the high-profile FTSE 250 company on 20 April, replacing Deborah Abrehart, who left at the end of last year. He will be based at easyJet’s corporate headquarters in Luton and will report to finance director Jeff Carr.
