A&O and CC bring in Manhattan finance partners

London’s top firms are on the hiring trail in New York again, with Allen & Overy (A&O) and Clifford Chance (CC) between them recruiting three finance partners in Manhattan in recent days.

A&O this week announced the recruitment of two partners from the local arm of San Francisco giant Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe to bolster its structured finance practice.
