Hogan & Hartson has boosted its profile in the Warsaw market by recruiting Poland’s former treasury minister. Andrzej Mikosz joins the Washington DC firm’s Warsaw arm as a partner after quitting the Polish Government at the start of the year.

Mikosz, who joined Hogan in March, resigned from the Treasury after just three months in the administration of prime minister Kazimierz Marcinkiewicz following a dispute over energy privatisation.
