Dickinson secures Simmons crown in hard-fought SP election

Former managing partner David Dickinson has emerged victorious from Simmons & Simmons’ senior partner election, after winning a closely-fought contest with partner Richard Slater.

The top 20 UK firm today (7 April) confirmed that the veteran banking lawyer had won the senior partner role after beating Italy managing partner Richard Slater in the second round of voting. He takes over from the incumbent Janet Gaymer.
