McGrigors this week sealed its ambitious takeover of Scots rival Ledingham Chalmers’ oil and gas team, handing the big four Scots firm a heavyweight presence in the international energy market.
The tie-up, which went live this week (3 April), marks one of the largest team hires outside of the City in recent years and sees 12 partners and a further 42 staff, including corporate and property lawyers, join McGrigors.
