Business process management (BPM) provider Metastorm has announced a formal technology partnership with document management system provider Interwoven. The partnership will allow users to run both systems more easily, thanks to a packaged integration adaptor.
Law firm staff will be able to access and store documents using the Metastorm BPM, Interwoven WorkSite or Microsoft SharePoint applications, allowing them to manage content within a business process. BPM software is designed to model, automate and integrate human and system-based processes for increased visibility into the way work flows through a business.
