IBM has appointed one of its senior in-house lawyers, Donald Rosenberg, as its new worldwide general counsel.
Rosenberg, who was assistant general counsel for litigation, took up the general counsel role at the beginning of the year, replacing the high-profile Edward Lineen, who stepped down from the helm of the computer company’s worldwide legal function after more than 35 years with the company.
