Herbert Smith has advised UBS on its role as global co-ordinator and sole book runner on the initial public offering of shares in UK residential property website Rightmove on the London Stock Exchange, with a market capitalisation of £425m. Corporate partner Greg Mulley led the team, assisted by solicitors Carla Sheehy, Adam Wells and Chris Goddard. Slaughter and May, led by corporate partner Jeff Twentyman, advised Rightmove. Addleshaw Goddard, led by corporate partners Neil Wool-house and Simon Griffiths, advised the selling shareholders.
Reed Smith, led by equity markets partner Giles Beale and assisted by associate Saul Sender and San Francisco corporate partner Bob Smith, has advised Canaccord Adams as nominated adviser and broker on Clean Air Power’s £10m float on AIM on 28 February.
