The Diary is just about old enough to remember those hazy days of the late 1980s and early 1990s when great crowds gathered to pop pills and dance in front of cathedral-sized speakers at epic tribal gatherings in fields up and down the M4 corridor.
Now it seems the region will once again be plunged into hedonistic chaos thanks to the latest grand plan from the Commerce & Industry (C&I) Group, the influential in-house body that this month installed Mount Grace Insurance legal head Mike Armstrong as its new chair.
