Travers Smith has advised Phoenix Equity Partners on its £45m acquisition of a majority stake in handbag and accessories company Tula Group from the current shareholders. Corporate partners Edmund Reed and Philip Sanderson led for Travers, while director Keith Richards and consultants Michael Budd and Zoe Scott of Tax & Legal Consultancy represented the shareholders.
