Societe Generale (SocGen) has finalised a ‘Barclays-style’ shake-up to its primary panels, with Linklaters and Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe winning major appointments to the French giant’s nine-firm global roster.

The two firms join SocGen’s prestigious global panel alongside established advisers Allen & Overy, Clifford Chance, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Gide Loyrette Nouel, Norton Rose, Shearman & Sterling and White & Case.
