Deloitte’s former French legal arm, Taj, has been forced to officially re-join the accountancy giant – less than two years after splitting off – following recent implementation of national auditor-independence laws.
The 350-lawyer law firm has this month become part of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, joining Deloitte’s local audit business and consulting division, In Extenso.
