Software company Aderant demonstrated its recently-released client relationship management system (CRM), as well as its updated practice management system (PMS). The Expert Front Office CRM system is embedded within the Expert Back Office PMS, sharing the same database to ensure full integration. Expert Front Office features firm-wide contact management, relationship modelling to define how contacts know each other, and creates lists for marketing and new business generation activities. It also provides users with customisable workspaces. The latest release of Expert Back Office has an enhanced user interface with the ‘look and feel’ of Microsoft Office for ease of use.
