Serco has completed a review of its secondary advisers, appointing McDermott Will & Emery and DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary to its panel for the first time.

The FTSE 100 outsourcing giant appointed eight firms to advise in the areas of employment/HR, dispute resolution, commercial, IT/technology and property following a tender process involving 23 firms. The appointments will last for three years.
