The UK’s leading lawyers are bracing themselves for a rise in the number of discrimination claims made against top firms during the next five years, according to new research.
The latest Legal Week/ EJ Legal Big Question survey has found that 71% of respondents believe discrimination claims will increase during the next five years, a rise from the 61% figure in the corresponding survey last year.
