With the M&A market booming, virtually all commercial law firms are planning to raise their chargeout rates in the coming year, according to a new survey.
The latest Legal Week/ EJ Legal Big Question poll of more than 100 senior partners at leading commercial law firms found that the over-whelming majority – almost 90% – were planning to raise their department’s rates in the next 12 months.
