Eversheds is advising a private sector consortium on a £150m PFI project to redevelop Oxford’s Churchill Hospital.
The national giant landed the instruction on a referral basis on the back of its long-standing relationship with principal consortium member and Italian construction company Impregilo. The consortium, which also includes Barclays European Infrastructures Fund and specialist PFI company GSL Joint Ventures, is to spearhead the overhaul of the Oxford hospital, which is to include the construction of a new state-of-the-art cancer centre.
