Allen & Overy (A&O) is gearing up for elections to its key policy-making body, in what will amount to its first top-level management shake-up for three years.
Five of the seven seats on the firm’s partnership board will be put up for grabs in the poll, which will take place in March. The other two places are occupied by senior partner Guy Beringer and managing partner David Morley.
