The London arm of US firm Morrison & Foerster (MoFo) advised the KuDOS Pharmaceuticals shareholders on the UK biotech company’s £119m buy-out by AstraZeneca. Corporate partner James Gubbins led the team for MoFo, while AstraZeneca was represented by Linklaters corporate partner Mark Stamp.
