The Law Society is set to launch a review of the Qualified Lawyer Transfer Test (QLTT), in a move that could ease the qualification route for foreign lawyers from key emerging markets such as China and Russia.
The review is being put into process by the society’s new regulatory board, which is in the process of taking over Chancery Lane’s regulatory functions.
