French independent Jeantet Associes has hired veteran finance lawyer Jonathan Wohl – the last partner from Coudert Brothers’ flagship Paris office to find a new firm.
Wohl, a Coudert partner since 1983, joins Jeantet as its 25th partner. His practice centres on finance, both under US and French law, and includes work on syndicated loans, project financing, film financing and equipment leasing.
