Gibson Dunn & Crutcher has added two partners to its Washington DC office. The firm has hired Barry Goldsmith, who is currently executive vice president for enforcement at US financial services regulator NASD.

Also joining the firm is Karen Manos, who was head of the government contracts practice at Howrey. She will work closely with Joseph West, who was recruited by Gibson Dunn in 2004 from Arnold & Porter, where he headed the government contracts practice.
