Clyde & Co has hired Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer senior associate Siva Subramaniam to join the firm’s aviation finance group as a partner, bringing the number of partners in the firm’s expanding aviation and aerospace department to 26.
The hire follows last year’s merger with respected aviation boutique Beaumont & Son, which made the top 50 UK firm one of the leading practices in the sector.
