Denton Wilde Sapte partners are in line for an average profits boost of around £30,000 as the firm closes in on a lucrative deal to let the bulk of its 5 Chancery Lane offices.

Dentons is hoping to agree a deal for the property with Lewis Silkin, in a move that would see the London firm lease a large part of the premises. It is understood that the pair are in the final stages of talks to lease the office at £35 per sq ft until 2013, with a review period in 2008. Dentons is hoping to secure a deal within a matter of days.
