Dickinson Dees has landed one of its largest ever deals, advising longstanding client Go-Ahead Group, the UK public transport giant, on a successful bid for a £585m franchise to run railway services in the southeast of England.
Last year, the Newcastle firm secured the role ahead of a string of national bids to advise Govia, a joint venture between Go-Ahead and French company Keolis, which operates transport services in Europe and Canada.
