A new law is due to come into force in Belgium on 1 January, 2006 which, thanks to its broad reach, will affect a large number of companies operating in the country.
On 7 July, 2005, the Belgian Chamber of Representatives adopted the new Bill, which relates to pre-contractual disclosure in the framework of commercial agreements.
