SJ Berwin is to open an office in Italy after hiring White & Case’s former local managing partner, Alberto Morano, as the UK firm continues to expand its European practice.
The firm is to launch in Milan and Turin on Monday (5 December) after adding Morano and former White & Case lawyers Massimo Chiaia, Arturo Meglio and Fabio Cigna, who will focus on the buy-out and acquisition finance sectors.
