A&O debt partner quits for Skadden's City arm

Allen & Overy (A&O) acquisition finance partner Clive Wells is to join Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom as the US giant bags a second big-name partner in as many weeks.

The hire follows on the heels of the news, exclusively reported by Legal Week (25 November), that Skadden has hired Shearman & Sterling corporate partner Adrian Knight.
