The Department for Constitutional Affairs (DCA) has installed Lord Justice Moore-Bick as the new chairman of its Legal Services Consultative Panel (LSCP).
Moore-Bick, a senior appeals judge, takes over from interim head Alan Street, who has filled the role since the resignation earlier this year of Mark Potter to become president of the High Court’s Family Division.
