Taylor Wessing finance partner Peter Shepherd is advising GMAC-RFC, the UK’s 10th largest mortgage lender, on the sale of a portfolio of loans valued at around £460m to the Mortgage Agency Services Number Four. Allen & Overy led by real estate partner Daniel McKimm acted for the Mortgage Agency.
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer finance partner Ian Harvey-Samuel advised joint arrangers HSBC and Societe Generale on a commercial mortgage backed securitisation, secured on properties in the UK and France. The borrowers were the Proudreed Groups and London and Cambridge Group, advised by Linklaters finance partner James Dickson.
