Reed Smith has opened an office in Paris, picking up two partners from local M&A leader Rambaud Martel, as the Pittsburgh firm continues to expand into mainland Europe.
The 1,000-lawyer US firm has hired Mathieu Rambaud (the son of Rambaud Martel founder Jean-Francois Rambaud) and Benoit Charot to head up the practice.
