Slaughter and May and Linklaters have won out over Clifford Chance (CC) in one of the most valuable cases ever delivered by a UK court.
The High Court judgment, which was handed down on Friday (28 October), saw Slaughters’ client, German truck manufacturer MAN, succeed in its litigation against manufacturer Freightliner. The damages, which are yet to be finalised, have been estimated to be in the region of £350m.
