Long-delayed plans for a new £25m Commercial Court look set to be edging towards a resolution as the Government last month set up a new advisory team to oversee the court’s creation.
The Department for Constitutional Affairs (DCA) has drafted in the new multi-disciplinary team to draw up a “full financial appraisal” of the project, with a draft report due at the end of this month.
