Herbies bags FSA heavyweight as firm finalises advocacy training scheme

Herbert Smith has recruited a heavyweight lawyer from the City’s chief watchdog to boost its advocacy and regulatory practices – as the firm gears up to launch a groundbreaking training scheme for its young litigators.

The move will see David Mayhew join the firm as an equity partner from the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in December.
