Welsh firm Edwards Geldard has become the latest firm to signal its intention to convert to a limited liability partnership (LLP), as the stampede to convert to the model continues to gain momentum in the regions.
The 35-partner regional firm, which operates offices in Cardiff, Derby and Nottingham, today (17 October) announced that it is to change its name to Geldards LLP as part of the rebranding on 1 November.
