Bingham re-elects veteran head

Bingham McCutchen has re-elected Jay Zimmerman to serve his fourth consecutive term as the US firm’s chairman.

Zimmerman, who joined the legacy Bingham Dana & Gould in 1982, has headed the 850-lawyer firm since 1994 and has overseen a substantial growth period, including 2002′s merger with 200-lawyer firm McCutchen Doyle Brown & Enersen.
