Metastorm, the US-based business process management (BPM) software developer, has consolidated its position in the market for legal workflow systems, announcing two recent customer wins – at Shoosmiths in the UK and Foley & Lardner in the US.
The US and UK markets are seeing a resurgence of interest in BPM, (also known variously as matter management, case management and workflow technology), as large firms have begun using it to automate and control procedures such as those for client acquisition, client retention and conflict checking.
