West Coast giant Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati has given its New York office a boost with the recruitment of two senior partners from Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, including the firm’s co-chair of antitrust Jonathan Jacobson. Jacobson joins Wilson Sonsini’s four-partner Manhattan branch after 12 years with Akin Gump.
He joined the Texas giant in 1993 from Coudert Brothers and has worked on high-profile litigation defending major companies such as American Express and Coca-Cola.
