PI premiums set to fall as soft market benefits firms

law society: set to increase minimum insurance cover levels Law firms look set to make major savings this year on professional indemnity (PI) cover, despite new Law Society rules which will next month force them to double their minimum insurance cover.

The changes will see firms required to take out minimum cover of £2m from 1 October, up from £1m last year.
