Berwin Le ighton Paisner (BLP ) has landed Land Securities Trillium (LST) as a new client after be ing called in on the outsourcing giant’s £300m sale of it s stake in Telereal, the owner of BT’s property portfolio.

The deal, which will see LST se ll its 50% interest in Telereal to its joint venture partner, the Pears Group, is a significant coup for BLP as LST is a subsidiary of major Nabarro Nathanson client Land Securities.
