Austrian leader Wolf Thiess has added a partner to its recentlylaunched Bucharest arm by taking a corporate and M&A lawyer from Squire Sanders & Dempsey. US-qualified Bryan Jardine was Squire Sanders’ representative in Romania, where it operates through an alliance with local firm Voicu & Filipescu.
Jardine joined the Ohio-based firm in 2001 from Washington DC practice Arent Fox Kinter Plotkin & Kahn.
