Nabarro Nathanson has been left without a patent prosecution capability following the departure of intellectual property (IP) partner Barbara Cookson.
Cookson, who is believed to be setting up her own practice, was a qualified patent agent and solicitor and the only member of the IP team with patent prosecution capability.
