Berwin Leighton Paisner (BLP) and Italian partner Santa Maria have ended their exclusive alliance, but the pair will remain as referral firms.
The move ends the Milan-based firm’s status as an exclusive referral partner to BLP, the result of the top 50 UK firm’s 2002 alliance with New York’s Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel.
